Welcome to CollectionsByZS Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.
1. Quality Checks
Each piece of Jewellery undergoes multiple quality checks before being carefully packaged and shipped to you. We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
2. Hygiene & Returns -
For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced Jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind - Please email/DM Us on Instagram if you have any questions or require additional images.
3. Damaged Items on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We photograph and record our packing and posting process of all Jewellery before dispatch to ensure each piece leaves us in perfect condition. This also helps us prevent and investigate fraudulent damage claims.
All damage claims are fully investigated. If the courier confirms that the parcel and packaging were delivered intact and undamaged, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement. In the unlikely event the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
4. Care Instructions
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Jewellery, please follow these care guidelines:
- Keep your Jewellery away from water. Avoid wearing it while swimming & bathing.
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals as they can damage the finish and materials
5. Address Details:
If you enter an incorrect address, your parcel will be returned to us In this case, only the contents of your order (not the shipping cost) will be refunded.
Please double-check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any errors in the address provided.
