Welcome to CollectionsByZS Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.

1. Quality Checks

Each piece of Jewellery undergoes multiple quality checks before being carefully packaged and shipped to you. We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. 

2. Hygiene & Returns -

For hygiene and safety reasons, Jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged*

Jewellery:- We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind - Please email/DM Us on Instagram if you have any questions or require additional images.

Gloves & Bags:- Measurements are provided. Gloves & Bags can be returned however return is to be paid by customer. Items MUST be returned in orginal condition, unworn and unused. Refunds will NOT be processed for Items which have been returned used or damaged.If you want to return, return MUST be raised to us within 2 days of your delivery date and posted back within 5 days.

3. *Damaged Items on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery time and date with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We photograph and record our packing and posting process of all Jewellery before dispatch to ensure each piece leaves us in perfect condition. This also helps us prevent and investigate fraudulent damage claims.

All damage claims are fully investigated. Alongside our images, If the courier confirms that the parcel and packaging were delivered intact and undamaged, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement. In the unlikely event the item is confirmed faulty,  we will offer a refund and return in accordance with your consumer rights.

4. Fraudulent or False Claims

We take fradulent claims seriously. Any fraudulent, dishonest, or knowingly false claims, disputes or allegations made against us are investigated and  are reported to the customers relevant bank, payment provider / financial institution for further investigation including small claims court.

4. Care Instructions
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Jewellery, please follow the following guidelines:

• Keep your Jewellery  away from water.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals as they can damage the finish and materials

5.  Address Details: 

Please double check your address before placing an order. If you enter an incorrect address, your parcel will be returned to us In this case, only the contents of your order (not the shipping cost) will be refunded. Please double-check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any errors in the address provided.
